Home Rehabilitation Programs
Program update:
Effective February 2, the City of Irving will temporarily stop accepting applications for the Home Rehabilitation program. Please check back soon.
Funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, this program provides financial assistance to qualified Irving homeowners for home repairs through partially forgivable loans.
The loans may assist with repairs, such as accessibility issues, air conditioner repair/replacement, emergency repair, home exterior and major repairs.
