Finley Road Closure, from Esters Road to Portland Street

Beginning Monday, Oct. 13, Finley Road will be closed to through traffic, from Esters Road to Portland Street, for pavement repairs.

Traffic will detour either to Portland Street or to Twin Falls Street. View the Detour Map.


Motorists should expect traffic delays and seek alternate routes when possible.


ABOUT THE PROJECT

The $17 million Esters Road Paving and Utility Improvements Project includes adding a new water line, as well as replacing an existing water line, wastewater mains, storm drainage systems, concrete paving and sidewalks. The project is scheduled to be completed by December 2025, weather permitting.
