Runoff Election June 7

Council has ordered a runoff election for At-Large District, Place 2, for June 7 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The run-off candidates are David Pfaff and Sergio Porres. Early voting for the runoff election begins May 27 and runs through June 3. Any resident who is a registered voter may vote for at-large district place 2.


The runoff election is required because none of the four candidates that ran in district Place 2 garnered a majority of votes as required by the City Charter.

On May 3, Irving residents re-elected Council Member John Bloch to Single-Member District, Place 1, and elected Adam Muller to Single-Member District, Place 7. All council members are elected for three-year terms.
