Dismissal Requirements:

  1. Appear on or before the appearance date listed on the citation.
  2. Dismissal is contingent upon payment of a $10 or $20 dismissal fee.
  3. If you received an offense for one of the following,
  4. Expired Driver's License

The proof of insurance must consist of one of the following two documents:

  1. A motor vehicle liability insurance card or policy
  2. A certificate of self-insurance

Either must have been previously issued to the driver or to the vehicle owner (with vehicle listed) and be valid at the time the offense was alleged to have occurred to have your citation dismissed.
