Beginning Monday, March 2, the City of Irving’s Housing and Redevelopment Division will make Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) applications available for eligible nonprofit organizations seeking to provide services that benefit low- to moderate-income Irving residents.

The City of Irving will release Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) applications online starting Monday, March 2. Eligible nonprofit organizations may apply to administer these funds to assist low- to moderate-income Irving residents on behalf of the City of Irving.


Public Announcement, Notice of Funding Availability, and Applications will be accessible through the City of Irving’s website here. Organizations that do not have internet access may contact the Housing and Redevelopment Division for assistance at (972) 721-4800.


The deadline to submit completed applications is 5 p.m., Friday, April 3. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.


Suggested Attendees: nonprofit organizations, faith-based organizations, organizations seeking Irving CDBG Public Services funds and current City of Irving subrecipients.
