Resident Survey Results


The Resident Survey, conducted every two years, provides residents with an opportunity to rate and provide feedback about quality of life in Irving and the city services they use.

2026 Resident Survey - Opens Feb. 25

The 2026 Resident Survey will open at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 25 and remain open through Wednesday, April 1.


The survey link will be available here beginning Feb. 25 at 10 a.m.


The Resident Survey allows residents to provide feedback about what is working well and what needs improvement, as well as communicate service priorities for the next two years. The survey is a customer satisfaction report card for the city and a resource allocation tool for city officials. The information collected is used to inform decisions related to service levels, budget allocation, and future planning.
