Goals + Strategies

The neighborhood planning process invites residents to help shape a shared vision for the future of their community.

Each plan includes:

  1. Data and analysis of current neighborhood conditions.
  2. Input from residents gathered through surveys and meetings.
  3. A vision statement that reflects community values and priorities.
  4. A list of potential strategies to support that vision.

Examples of strategies may include:

  1. Ideas for improving sidewalks, lighting and landscaping.
  2. Suggestions for future land use and zoning updates.
  3. Opportunities to support local businesses and services.
  4. Identification of areas that may benefit from code enforcement focus.
  5. Community interest in parks, open spaces, and gathering places.
