Economic Development Strategic Plan

The Irving Economic Development Strategic Plan provides a road map for Irving’s economic development program over the next five years (2025-2030).

The plan was developed by the Irving Economic Development Partnership (the Partnership), which consists of the City of Irving, the Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce, and the Irving Convention & Visitors Bureau.
