Accident Report
Crash reports (CR-3) may be obtained online using the Texas Department of Transportation’s TxDOT Crash Report Purchase Portal (state.tx.us). TxDOT may be reached by email or by phone at (512) 486-5780. Fees for obtaining a report using the crash report online purchase system are established by TxDOT.
Crash reports may also be obtained in person at the records window of the main police station, by phone or by mail. Requests by phone can be paid by debit or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover). Requests by mail should include a cashier’s check or money order. The fee for a crash report obtained in this manner is $6.

Alarm Permit
Chapter 9 of the City of Irving’s Code, titled "Alarms Systems," mandates that all business and residential alarm users register their systems with the City of Irving by paying an annual permit fee of $50. For senior citizens aged 65 or older, the fee is reduced to $10.
It also imposes fees for false alarms to promote improved reliability of alarm systems.

City Ordinance #4211 allows Water Utilities Customer Service to consider such a bill adjustment once every 12 months. The department may be able to lower a customer's water bill based on the information provided.

Full Access Cards for Irving residents expire every two years. Full Access Non-resident, Student, College, Computer, Corporate and Texshare cards expire annually. Study Rooms can suit small groups or individual use. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be checked out with an Irving Library card. These rooms are limited, but free, and the time limit is 2 hours. Users are expected to abide by the food and noise guidelines of each library.

Wireless Printing: Remotely print documents, web pages, emails and attachments at any Irving Library location through the library's wireless printing service. No library card required.
Scanning Services: Scan documents, photos, forms, or IDs and send them to an email address or save them to a USB/flash drive for free at any Irving Public Library location. Scanning to copy and print is .20 cents per page for black and white and .50 cents per page for color copies. Some resizing/editing functions are available but not extensive.
Fax Services: Send local and long distance faxes for $1 (one dollar) per page at any Irving Public Library location. Pay with cash, coin or card. Cover letter not provided.

Illegal dumping is a serious offense. Depending on the circumstances, individuals caught illegally dumping can face charges ranging from a Class C misdemeanor to a state jail felony. These charges come with significant fines and, in some cases, potential jail time.

A seed library is a collection of vegetable, flower and herb seeds checked out, grown, and replenished by the community. Stop by any location to browse a variety of vegetable, flower and herb seeds then checkout a seed packet. Urban Forestry Program
Managed by Irving's Parks and Recreation Department, the city's Urban Forestry Program manages the city's tree farm, hosts tree planting events and performs tree maintenance in city parks and trails.
Utility Bill Payment Options
To provide convenience to customers, the City of Irving offers several utility bill payment alternatives.
Payment must be received at the City of Irving Customer Service Department offices, regardless of payment option utilized, by 5 p.m. on the due date shown on the bill. Otherwise, a 10 percent penalty will be assessed to all outstanding current charges.
