Redevelopment Land Bank

The Redevelopment Land Bank Program (RLBP) advances equity and resiliency by acquiring and repurposing properties to create socially and economically diverse communities. It encourages private investment in housing, retail, and commercial spaces, strategically redevelops properties to stimulate economic growth, reduces blight while promoting greener, more resilient spaces, supports targeted districts to meet community needs, and provides clear information and public engagement to ensure transparency.
