Downtown Irving Reimagined

The Downtown Irving Reimagined pilot project is a temporary placemaking initiative designed to transform Main Street into a vibrant destination.

The community can experience how Main Street might be transformed on a permanent basis through temporary installations that showcase potential streetscape and public space improvements, creative designs, interactive experiences, and engaging events.

Following a 120-day planning process (July–September 2025) focused on community engagement, design, and fabrication, the project will come to life during Experience Main St. — a series of events and activities that also display the temporary streetscape improvements.
