North Texas Teen Book Festival

The Irving Public Library's largest outreach event attracts up to 15,000 fans of Young Adult and Middle Grade literature each year at the Irving Convention Center. The North Texas Teen Book Festival is an award-winning event and has the status of being the region's premiere book festival.

NEA Big Read

Funded by grants from the National Endowment for the Arts and Arts Midwest, the NEA Big Read is a shared reading experience for Irving's adult community, which features free books, adult programs and family and children's event components.
