City Source Interview: Progress at Senter and Mustang Parks

In this excerpt from ICTN’s “City Source,” Irving Parks and Rec Director Joe Moses provides an update on both projects.

As part of the Let’s Play Irving initiative, progress is underway on two major projects.


  1. A new, indoor aquatic center is under construction at Senter Park Recreation Center, 901 Senter Road.
  2. Work on a massive new multi-generational recreation and aquatics center is underway at Mustang Park, 2223 Kinwest Parkway.
