Business Enhancement Incentive Programs
Enhancement Incentive Programs provide financial assistance to non-residential property owners or tenants (with property owner consent) for improvements that enhance the appearance of buildings and sites. The program encourages redevelopment and private investment by helping offset the cost of eligible exterior building and site enhancements.
