The purpose of this American Red Cross Hands-Only CPR course is to teach untrained bystanders, just like you, how to perform hands-only CPR. Having more individuals in our community trained in this simple skill can help save lives by putting more cardiac arrest victims within a few steps of lifesaving assistance! Now is the time to empower yourself and ensure the safety of others.
