Request for Irrigation Variance

Need extra watering days for new landscaping?

An irrigation variance provides temporary relief from the standard watering schedule for situations such as new landscape installation or system repairs. When approved, the variance allows additional watering for a limited period, typically not exceeding 30 days, to support plant establishment or necessary maintenance.


To be considered, requests must include specific details regarding the reason for the variance, the area affected, and the duration requested. A site inspection will be conducted prior to approval and again at the end of the variance period to ensure compliance.
